I spread them out over two baking sheets! 🙃
Cause all your veggie need and deserve their very own personal space when roasting. Otherwise they steam instead of roast and the result will be mushier than we want! 🙅🏻‍♀️

On camera the taters look so pretty all up in each other’s personal space thinks me. 🤩
But in real life, I know they need that space for the yummiest results! I’m talking more space than ya think they need… ya wanna see bits of space around every single veggie on your pan. ✨

Healthy food for sick children

These dishes are prepared when children are sick.
For the first cooking you need a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of starch and mix with water or milk to make it even more delicious.
But when children may have diarrhea, I prefer to add water and a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of sugar.
The second cooking is boiled vegetables, with broccoli, squash, carrots, and a quarter of a pepper.
When our children are sick it is best to feed them with toasted bread and yogurt. Give them boiled vegetables and make a home-made pudding with flour and starch with little sugar and little olive oil.
